1. How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement.
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
3. Do you offer shipping across India?
Yes — we ship to almost every pin code in India through trusted courier partners.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can monitor its journey.
5. What happens if my area is not serviceable?
If your pin code is not covered by our courier partners, our team will reach out to arrange an alternative or guide you on the next steps.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship only within India — but we’re working on expanding soon.
7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy for eligible items. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the process.
8. Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes. The following are non-returnable & non-exchangeable: caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, rompers, and stationery items (e.g., stickers).
9. What is the reverse shipping fee?
A ₹100 reverse shipping fee applies to all return and exchange requests. For returns, this is deducted from your refund amount.
10. How do I exchange an item?
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. You can exchange for a different size, product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).
11. What if my area does not support reverse pickup?
If your pin code doesn’t support reverse pickup, you’ll need to ship the item back to us using any reliable courier. Once we receive it, we’ll ship your exchange at no extra cost.
12. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged or you received the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email team@carbonsociety.in or DM us on Instagram @carbonsociety.in with clear photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
13. Do you offer cancellations?
All purchases are final once placed — no cancellations or changes after checkout. If you have questions before ordering, feel free to contact us.
14. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued as Carbon Society Gift Cards, sent directly to your email. These credits can be used anytime on future purchases.
15. Why don’t you offer bank refunds?
We’re a proudly bootstrapped brand — every order helps us create premium-quality, all-black pieces for you. Gift card refunds keep your support with us, helping us design and deliver more styles you’ll love.
